bundle as per the picture.  this is old stock that had rubber bands wrapped around, and the rubber has deteriorated and left marks (and bits of rubber), attached the elastic.  

its a shame to throw it as it is (or rather, was!) high quality French elastic.  probably at least 3m per bundle
