A matt fold over elastic binding, which is thicker on one ege, this would be used on the outermost side of your garment. Use in place of plush elastic on bra bands. Or as a waistband to knickers, or on sports bras.

The quality number is in brackets, so you can find the same type of elastic in other colours for consistency.
