May have sligfht soiling, hence seconds. A 16.5cm (6.5inch) strong elastic which is extremely soft to the touch. Described as bellyband on the box, certainly this is soft enough to wear against the skin, though to what purpose i'll let you decide!, probably suited for waspie type belts or super snug hold in the tummy waistbands!
