Plush elastic is the soft fuzzy backed elastic used particularly in bra making. Sometimes, we still class items has plush backed, if they are soft, rather than actually fuzzy! It is also suited to other lingerie making, leotards etc, and any application where elastic sits next to the skin, as it makes it more comfortable.
