Scrap bags!  short lengths of tapes etc, usually between 10cm and 20cm long.  Might be useable for doll clothing or card making, but not too much use for bra lingerie as quantities will be inadequate.  Ideal for student design books.

I opened one bag and it had 45 different items in it, so you can expect 40-50 'bits', amounting to 5-10m in total length
