This is a laminated fabric. A semi-opaque liner fabric has had a lace fabric laminated to give a pretty surface! Ideal for basques and bodices, or as an outer fabric for a corset. It may possible to separate the two fabrics though the glue residue will probably remains on the black backing fabric. By peeling them apart carefully, you could just use the net bit if you wanted any see through bits!
