100% polyester lace with varying widths vertical stripes separated by sheer net areas.  this lace is designed for the stripes to be horizontal, so you would cut the fabric with the selvedge as the bottom of the dress/blouse.  

There  is the odd dirty mark/pull (priced accordingly) designer laceetc on the lace, but this is a large piece so plenty of fabric allowance.
