This is a laminated fabric. A heavy non-stretch tricot fabric that has a lace fabric laminated to it giving it a pretty surface! Ideal for basques and bodices, or as an outer fabric for a corset. It is possible to separate the two fabrics though the glue residue remains on the black backing fabric. The lace is blue embroidery on a black net, so by peeling them apart carefully, you could just use the net bit if you wanted any see through bits!
