This is the non-stretch net type fabric used on the inside of bras to stabilise the outer fabric, in this way you can use stretch fabrics but still make a firm supporting bra. This is very very firm, so mostly used for support panels on corsetry, for the cradle or perhaps if you wanted to create a truly structured Madonna Style bra!
