This is EB009 which has had an iron on type interfacing applied to the back to REMOVE the stretch.  this may be used for a non-stretch part of a bra strap for instance, and as it is the same elastic, will match perfectly with the same colour of stretchy EB009.

This is designer surplus, so this tape was prepared in Japan by Shindo for a high end customer.
