This is a woven tube, with no seams at all. We have had some similar tape specially made for us to our requirements, and this is very similar, though I have yet to ascertain the fabric composition, it will either be nylon or polyester or a mix of these and/or cotton! It is 28mm wide. Once sewn on, depending on how far in from the edges you sew, you will be left with a channel of approx 23mm, if you sew further in, obviously you will get a smaller channel.
