50% polyester, 50 % rayon.  

This fabric has very good widthways stretch (50%) as it is a knitted fabric, but no lycra. Vertical stretch is slight (15%). 

it has a tiny pattern in the knit and between the vertical stripes created by the weave and a pattern of dots from drop needle point, with reverse brushed for warmth and softness,
