Need to return an item? No problem! (please refer to full terms and conditions below)

If you wish you can simply circle items for return on your original order form and enclose it. Returning goods to:

FOR INCORRECTLY SENT/FAULTY ITEMS ONLY

If we have sent you the wrong item or the item has a fault, please call or e-mail us regarding the problem as soon as possible but within 14 days of arrival date. Please await advice before returning the item(s). We will give you details of the postal method you need to use to return it. We will refund this amount and refund for the item or send out the correct items as soon as the return is recieved. If you use a different method of postage to that which we have advised you do so at your own cost and risk. We will only refund the amount agreed beforehand. 


PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST INFORM US OF ANY FAULTS/SHORTAGES IMMEDIATELY, THIS NEEDS TO BE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECIEPT. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT COMPLAINTS AFTER THIS PERIOD OF TIME.

Check items carefully immediately on arrival, if an item is faulty, DO NOT USE IT, the entire item will need to be unused/uncut, for us to accept a return.  We will not refund on part-used items.

Returns and the law

If after placing your order/receiving your goods you have CHANGED YOUR MIND. 

Customers can cancel their order

- any time from the moment they place it, up to 14 working days from the day after they receive the goods - even if the goods are not faulty * 

- any time from the moment they place it, up to 14 working days from the day after they agree the contract with for services bought online 

- and claim a full refund if the goods or services that they ordered are not delivered or provided within 30 days. 
* Excludes: CDs, DVDs, patterns, magazines, custom items, cut fabrics, tapes etc.

Customers NEED TO INFORM us within 14 days and make the return them within 14 days. The customer is responsible for postage costs. Please ensure you keep your proof of postage, we are not responsible for items lost in the mail. 

No returns on any USED/OPENED items or cut fabrics, tapes etc . We do not refund postage on returned items. We DO NOT EXCHANGE, you will receive a refund for items returned and will need to make a new order if you need a different item
