New 'old stock', pre packed bias binding.  The edges are folded already to give you a 51mm wide tape, which if you 'wrap' around an edge will fold further to 25.5mm

This is vintage stock, probably from around 1970, so may not be perfect!  Made in Manchester by the makers of Sylko sewing threads apparently!
