Decorative item, used generally on a dress, costume, bikini, or as bag handles etc.!

Internal measures are: bottom 6.5cm, top 2.5cm, sides 8.5cm

External measures are: bottom 10cm, top 3.5cm, sides 11cm

Slightly curved top to bottom.

Use on the shoulder of a one 'sleeved' top, or use two on bikini bottom at the sides.  

Could even be used as a decorative way to attach bag straps.
