A non-stretch, strong leather look fabric which has been made into a 20mm tape. The folded ends are securely and smoothly glued on the back, so this will make a bag/bra strap, or thin belt, or it can be applied as a decorative tape.  Occasionally some glue may have drifted, so we have called this seconds, and priced accordingly
