polyester nylon tape.  Made from 38mm tape, with the edges folding in, to give a 19mm flat width.

this tape has an interfacing inside, which essentially removes the stretch, so is better used as a flat tape.  The sequins, don't really lend themselves to being folded anyway, so not sure why this is a 'binding' tape, but there you go!
