This is a thick heavyweight fold-over elastic binding, ideal for using to finish a hem instead of turning it under. Possibly a little to heavy for lingerie though perfect for leotards and sports items. Once folded around the edge of the fabric the black knit would be against the skin with the glitter half on the outside of the garment.
