This is a soft elastic.  The plain area is actually a pre-folded elastic, so you can use this to bind an edge, or you can use it as you would ordinary knicker elastic.  The main body is 07mm (as its pre-folded, if you use this as a 'fold-over' the finished elastic would still be 07mm wide)
