This lightweight waterproof fabric is a coated nylon sheet material, originally manufactured for outdoor utility use. It is black on one side with a silver reverse, offering good water resistance and some heat and light reflection.

At approximately 85gsm (around 2.5 oz per square yard), this fabric is lightweight rather than heavy-duty, with a firm, slightly crinkly handle and very little drape. It feels closer to a pac-a-mac or practical cover material than traditional garment fabric.

Each piece is pre-cut and pre-packed, sized to be small enough for a tote bag or lining, large enough to be used as a throw-over waterproof layer. Choose the size that suits you, we do not have this fabric on the roll.
