This lightweight knit is ideal for knicker making, but is also very useful as a lining fabric for bra wings, especially when layering under lace or other decorative stretch fabrics. With at least 25% stretch in both directions, it offers flexibility without being overly flimsy.

Silicone Finish – Love It or Hate It

This fabric has been treated with a silicone finish to create a non-slip surface.
It’s one of those finishes that divides opinion:

• ✔ Helps prevent garments from riding up or shifting during wear

• ✔ Useful for lingerie where stability is important

• ✖ Some people find the tactile feel slightly tacky or unpleasant

If slipping fabrics drive you mad, this could be a revelation. If you’re sensitive to texture, it may not be for you – we prefer to be honest!
