Vintage Pikaby Adjustable Hook & Eye Fasteners – Made in Japan – Pack of 3 Sets
Old stock original Pikaby adjustable hook and eye fasteners, supplied in their original retail packaging and marked "Made in Japan".
Based on the packaging style, printing and absence of a barcode, we believe these may date from approximately the late 1970s to early 1980s, although exact age cannot be guaranteed. The £1.50 retail sticker was likely applied by a shop at a later date and forms part of the item's vintage history.
Despite their age, these fasteners remain fully usable sewing components, ideal for garment making, repairs, historical costume work, vintage restoration projects, or collectors of older haberdashery items.
Pack contains:
• 3 adjustable hook and eye fastener sets
• Made in Japan
• Original vintage retail packaging
A small surviving piece of sewing history – from a time when quality Japanese sewing notions were highly regarded by dressmakers and haberdashers alike.
