Elastic which has adhesive to the back only,

the face is soft to the touch.

iron on elastic which can be applied without the need to sew it (though for longevity, you may wish to do so).

Usually this elastic is applied onto the single layer edge of a fabric that doesn't fray.  Ideal for applying to the edge of the top cup lace of a bra to prevent bagging, as it quick and easy to be super accurate, while also the lack of stitching on the 'right' side makes it more or less invisible.  This sort of elastic is regularly used on the legs of no VPL knickers and sports items.
