Width given is the maximum vertical width. This is a rigid heavy lace, used in bridal or evening wear. Lots of embroidery, cording and sequins applied to a mesh net. The bottom scallop edge is finished, you would normally apply this lace over the bottom of your garment, following the cut deep scallop to attach. You then cut away the fabric below.
