Suggested Fabrics: Cotton Lycra®, nylon Lycra®, rayon Lycra®, swimwear fabric.

Leggings and skirt are very close-fitting and have elastic at waist. Leggings A: Side insets that can be made from contrast stretch knits or non-stretch fabric. Leggings B: Gathered with elastic at inside and outside legs from bottom edge to below knees. Skirt is ruched to seam binding at side seams. Pattern includes ¼" (6 mm) seam allowances.
