Dark Cream 25mm wide tape, it looks like cotton canvas, and the printing has a slightly faded/aged look (its meant to be this way!) The Union Jack Flags are approximately 35mm long, and they have a small border around them.  You get approximately 26 flags per metre.  This tape doesn't fray easily, so you could simply cut and sew each flag on as a label or use as a decorative tape.
