Beautiful vintage Austrian cotton lace, Design 144, originally supplied on 50-yard cards marked “Made in Austria” (label in English and French).

This lace features a distinctive ladder-style openwork centre, approximately 10mm x 5mm, with fine 2mm connecting “rungs.”
Perfect for heirloom sewing, lingerie, or insertion work.

Available in two widths and shades:

• 17mm deep cream – slightly more refined edges, suitable for overlay or edging (approx. 4mm solid edge each side).

• 22/24mm other colours – similar design with softer, less-finished edges, ideal for insertion between fabrics.
