A twin needle with a single shank which fits most domestic machines. You can use a twin needle by threading two lots of thread along the same route and then into the two seperate eyes of the twin needle. If your machine cannot hold two bobbins simply make a makeshift bobbin holder by hammering a long nail into a piece of wood. Great for topstitch details.

Use for decorative top stitching and cording etc. The width is the spacing between the two needles.
