Not a plush elastic, but still quite soft.   It is finer than a lot of concealed elastic, so less bulky and ideal for using n sports bra bands etc, or waistbands in lighter fabrics.

It is designed to be concealed so it may not be 100% cosmetically perfect, though not technically classed as seconds by the manufacturers
