Not a plush elastic, but still quite soft.   It is finer than a lot of concealed elastic, so less bulky and ideal for using in sports bra bands etc, or waistbands in lighter fabrics.

It is designed to be concealed so it may not be 100% cosmetically perfect, though not technically classed as seconds by the manufacturers
